| Job Responsibilities*: | Prime Functions: Research & Design product literatures and rationales. Create presentations for account managers to clearly demonstrate product advantages along with market segments, potential, rationale and opportunity. Research on market trends and work with R&D to shortlist and select future development projects. Provide account managers with technical details on products and answer client queries about product. Design, arrange and provide printed and electronic promotional material, product training, and relevant clinical papers. Act as point of first reference for all product related enquiries and work collaboratively with colleagues in Clinical Research and Regulatory to address any issues that may arise Design market research projects to assess customer attitudes to the current product range and new product introductions. Assist with the development of the annual marketing plan and for controlling advertising, promotion and sales aids in accordance with the annual marketing plan Understand FSSAI and Ayush laws to design product literatures with compliance. Design artwork texts. Arranging benchmark product samples and details. Comparison analysis between various products to understand client needs and suggest right product. Reporting to Director-BD of daily activities & performance. Desired Skills & Qualities: Must be able to communicate articulately, clearly and concisely (verbal and written) and know what, when and how to communicate depending on audience and subject matter (sensitivity and timing). The ideal candidate must have the ability to operate independently and collaboratively and have a strong, dynamic working style. Must be able to think strategically, see the "big picture," recognizing impact of literature on marketing decision made by clients and pay attention to details. |
