Job Details:	Production.. a) To ensure availability to RM for Production activity. b) To keep track of RM inventory in the warehouse and plan for material Procurement. c) To co ordinate with warehouse, materials and qc for RM. d) To plan batches and making charging schedules. e) To monitor all the processes going on in the plant and to update plant in charge On day to day basis. f) To ensure error free and devation free operations operation.. g) To make investigations in case of low and high yields, impurity formation and contamination. h) To make summary after batch completion. i) To analyze the data of all the batches. j) To ensure availability of blank BPR for execution and submission of BPR after completion of batch. k) To ensure GMP and safety in plant. l) To prepare protocols and reports if any validations are to be carried out m) To prepare and revise SOP as and when required. n) To identify the training needs and arrange trainings. Ensure every one gets the same. o) To ensure timely calibrations/validations of instrument/ equipments. p) To take responsibility of the operations in absence of plant in charge. QUALITY CONTROL Observation of Good Laboratory practices as laid down in SOP. • Initiation, completion and filing of Daily Analysis reports. • Work Planning for finished products, analysis and release with proper documentation . • Execution of special assignments given by Section Head • Trouble shooting and Preventive Maintenance of the instruments and equipment's • Upkeep the control sample, reserve samples and its record • Analysis and disposition of finished products, sample. • Issuance of e-TDS through SAP • Checking of test results against standards and timely reporting of any • Deviations and OOS result to the Section Head. • Maintenance of Reference standards, Primary standards, working stds. and GC stds. • Laboratory maintenance as per GLP compliance. • Checking of reports from the Analyst against standards and submission of inspected reports to the Department Head • Responsible to read ,understood and follow EHS SOPs and Guideline • Responsible to observe the critical task carried out by casual and officers
