Job Details:	Business Development Executive: Promoting and responsible for sales, in the assigned area for our Medical and Pharma products Expedites daily reports on a daily basis Handle and resolve customer complaints ensuring customer satisfaction Meeting the defined customer from the customer base Lead Generation by Cold calling and Emailing Researching and identifying sales opportunity, generating leads, target identification and classification Reaching out to new customers and making presentations or pitches outlining the benefits of product/ services Understanding the client requirements and then customizing the product/ services as per their needs Maintaining relationship with all potential and existing clients Ensuring proper servicing and after sales support to clients Data reporting to management and gathering market intelligence Area Sales Manager To set budgets/targets for the Team and ensuring business targets are achieved; Planning and implementing Sales strategies for deeper penetration in the market; To drive performance , develop and retain frontline Sales Team; To strengthen relationship with key Customers on a regular basis to enhance business; Responsible for grievance management of the team in consultation with respective functional in-charge Responsible for maintaining and timely reporting of MIS / other daily reports about leads generated, self-fixed presentation, CRM presentation and doctor calls; Retention of the team and support in hiring
