Job Details:	OFFICER / EXECUTIVE / SENIOR EXECUTIVE / ASSISTANT MANAGER/DEPUTY MANAGER QUALITY CONTROL (ORAL SOLID DOSAGE) Qualification: B.Sc./ B.Pharm/ M.Sc/ M.Pharm Experience: 2-8 years' experience in handling HPLC, GC, dissolution apparatus and UV-visible spectrometer. Should also have knowledge of wet analysis and stability studies for oral solid dosage forms. Must have experience of working in a pharmaceuticals formulation manufacturing plant. QUALITY ASSURANCE (ORAL SOLID DOSAGE) Qualification: B.Pharm/ M.Sc/ M.Pharm Experience: 2-8 years' relevant experience of IPQA activities/ environment monitoring in an oral solid dosage manufacturing facility. Should also have knowledge of packaging, manufacturing IPQA, warehouse IPQA, BPR review, batch release in SAP, calibration of IPQA instruments, process validation, cleaning validation and packaging validation. Must have experience of working in a pharmaceuticals formulation manufacturing plant. QA IN QC Qualification: B.Sc/ B.Pharm/ M.Sc/ M.Pharm Experience: 5-10 years' experience of QC / GA Lab activities, QMS and investigation activities, audit trail review and data review related to FP, RM and stability. TABLET /CAPSULE /PELLET / WURSTER / PACKING / INSPECTION Qualification: B.Sc/ B.Pharm/ M.Pharm Experience: 2-8 years' relevant experience in supervision operation, monitoring, and related documents. Exposure to working in a regulatory plant is a must. Must have experience of working in a pharmaceuticals formulation manufacturing plant. STORES/WAREHOUSE Qualification: Any Diploma/ Graduate Experience: 2-8 years' relevant experience of RM /PM dispensing of oral solid dosage, online documentation and reconciliation of materials. Should have knowledge of receipt of raw materials, storage and packaging materials and also handle physical stocks verification and its reconciliation. TECHNICAL ASSISTANT TABLET/CAPSULE/PELLET/ WURSTER /PACKING/ INSPECTION Qualification: Diploma Engineering/ D.Pharm Experience: 2-8 years' relevant experience in operating pharmaceutical machines for granulation - drying / coating / wurster / pellets / compression / blending. Must have experience of working in a pharmaceuticals formulation manufacturing plant. SENIOR EXECUTIVE / ASSISTANT MANAGER / DEPUTY MANAGER ENGINEER — MECHANICAL Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech Experience: 3-10 years' pharmaceuticals (OSD) plant maintenance experience. Exposure to ERP system for plant maintenance activity is essential. Experience in QMS documentation, equipment installation qualification will be an added advantage. TECHNICIAN / OPERATOR ENGINEERING ITI (Fitter/ Electrician / Instrument Technician) with 3-10 years' Pharmaceuticals (OSD) plant maintenance experience only. ITI (Fitter! Electrician) with 3-10 years' in the water system, plant operation, and maintenance. ITI (Fitter) for utility (chiller, cooling tower, air compressor with HOC dryer & BMS) with 3-10 years' experience in plant operation and maintenance.
