Job Details:	ensure that proper follow up of SOPs and GMP. give proper training to all persons engaged in QA and production department. maintain all the records of training of chemist and workers. maintain all the records as mentioned in SOP. ensure that proper quarantine of received raw materials and inprocess materials. ensure that proper sampling procedure for active and excipients in company. ensure that proper status labeling in all departments of company. ensure that the proper follow up of SOP in department. ensure that proper gowning of all persons in all department of company. ensure that proper line clearance is given in all departments by QA. chemist. ensure that proper cleaning is maintained in all the area of company. ensure that online documentation in all departments of company. ensure that proper environmental condition is maintained in all the area of company. prepare and approve new documents as per requirements and changes. Handling of market complaints if any. Handling of change control, deviation, out of specifications. Maintain the documents like master validation plan, water validation system, site master file, material safety date sheet, quality manual etc. Follow up of regular pest control in company and maintain records related to it. Follow up of regular calibration and validation procedure in all department of company with respect to equipments and system.
