Job Details:	1.Preparation of documents like SOPs, Qualification Protocol/Report, Validation Protocol Report, APQR. , Review & Control of QC Documents, Production Documents, Engineering Documents & HR Documents. , Issuance & archival of BCRs to production., Formats review of all departments. , cGMP knowledge and updating time to time. , Coordination with all departments for review & revision of documents. , Daily review of analytical data sheets and compile with concerned documents. , Preparing of COA. , Knowledge of ICH guideline for APIs, QA & QC. Handling HPLC, GC, UV 2.Perform the assigned lab tests to identify and isolate the microbial agents. Conduct tests on APIs to evaluate the microbial activity Maintain laboratory procedures in accordance with Good Laboratory Practice standards. Maintain and update laboratory databas Propagate and maintain microbial stocks for testing purposes. Provide management with regular progress reports of tests. Skills : Operation of biosafety cabinet, autoclave, laminar air flow, Oven, Incubators, automatic microscope, Media and culture preparation, Water analysis as per ISO standards 3.On line data recording in Batch Manufacturing Record & Batch Cleaning Record., Documentation as per GMP & Laid down SOPs. , Observation & monitoring of critical process parameters. , Preplan for raw materials. , Handling Man power etc.
