Job Details:1. Handling, Monitoring and Controlling of our Accounts, Finance and matters related to corporate compliance. Publishing Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly and Yearly Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet and other results. Taking care of Internal, Statutory, Tax Audits and Cost Audits till finalization of Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Accounts.

2. Filling of CMA data, whenever required, and maintaining liaison with Banks for various fund based and non fund based credit facilities.

3. Monitoring Excise and Custom formalities, availing of Cenvat Credit, preparation and filing of Statutory Returns and conduction of Excise Audit.

4. Filling of Sales Tax and other Returns and carrying out sales tax assessments.

5.Regular payments of Income Tax, TDS, FBT etc.

6. Effective monitoring of Sales Collections ( Domestic as well International Business )

7. Formulating and operating Cash Budgets, Preparation of Annual Budgets, monitoring them and controlling them.

8. Fulfilling of all the formalities regarding ROC filling of Statutory Forms, Returns and Balance sheet as per schedules.

9. Active Liaison with Banks, Stock Exchange, SEBI, RBI, etc.

10. Development and maintenance of liaison with our Branches, other departments for smooth working and improvement of profitability of the company. You will be expected to develop a quick familiarity with our Ship-floor and suggest us ways and means to improve on our productivity. You will also take care of all our organizational Costing needs.

11. Availing and monitoring working capital assistance from bank(s) & handling new projects finance & capital issues.

12. Coordinating with the Excise consultant, Sales Tax consultant, PF consultant, Statutory Auditor and ROC Consultant.

13. Monitoring Daily Sales, purchase and production of the organization and also to ensure all Sales, Purchase, Cash and Bank entries are entered in the system.
