Job Details:	Production-OSD  Granulation area • Thorough knowledge of DRY & WET Granulation process. • Operational knowledge of RMG, Multimill, Blender etc  Compression area • Troubleshooting knowledge of single rotary and double rotary compression machine  Capsule filling area • Troubleshooting knowledge of automatic capsule filling machine like AF-40/AF-90  Coating area • Troubleshooting knowledge of auto coater. Must be well versed with Film coating, Enteric coating & sugar coating Production-Injectables  Vial washing & Depyrogenation area • Thorough knowledge of Vial washing & Depyrogenation process. • Operational knowledge of Vial washing m/c & Depyrogenation tunnel  Manufacturing area • Troubleshooting knowledge of manufacturing process  Component ,Material & Equipment sterilization area • Thorough knowledge of Component, Material & Equipment sterilization • Troubleshooting knowledge of steam sterilizer  Vial filling & Lyophyllazation area • Troubleshooting & thorough knowledge of vial filling and lyophyllazation process  Packing area • Troubleshooting & thorough knowledge of Labeling & Packing process
