Job Details:	Job Description for ADL / QC Responsibilities: • To be responsible for Analytical method transfer activity • To do the Analytical method development and validation for API and finished product by HPLC and GC. • To be responsible for working standard preparation and storage as per SOP • To be responsible for o Preparing the SOPs, protocol and report for Stability Study o Essential Similarity (Stress and Unstressed) o Specification and Method of Analysis of Raw Material, Packing Material, Finished Products o In Process analysis (Bulk) • To do the stability study of the finished product and routine analysis. • To follow Standard Operating Procedure for instruments, processes and methodology used to analyze the product. • To deliver analytical inputs as per regulatory requirement with technical ability and performance. • To intimate F&D/ADL scientist for any abnormality / failure of any stability trial batches, pilot batches, stability samples or in process product testing. • To work as per given time schedule of projects and inform the superior, if any deviation observed in time-line. Functional Requirements: • Hands on experience of Analytical method development and Validation • Working knowledge of method transfer • Good documentation on analytical activity • Expertise of stability studies • Experience in handling of Out-of-Specification (OOS) Out-of-Trend (OOT)
