| Job Details*: | Officer/ Executive/ Sr. Executive/ Assistant Manager Quality Control - (Analyst category) : Qualification: B.Sc. / B.Pharm/ M.Sc Experience: 2 to 8 years of hands-on experience in handling HPLC, GC, dissolution apparatus and UV-visible spectrometer. Should also have knowledge of wet analysis and stability studies for parenteral preparations and solid dosage forms. Quality Assurance (OSD & Injectable) : Qualification: M.Sc./ B.Pharm Experience: 2 to 8 years of relevant experience in qualification, validation and IPQA activities in solid oral & parenteral manufacturing facilities. Manufacturing of Tablet & Capsule : Qualification: B.Pharm/ M.Pharm Experience: 1 to 8 years of relevant experience in supervision, operation monitoring and related documentation. Packing - Tablet / Capsule / Injectable : Qualification: B.Sc/ B.E. Industrial Engineering Experience: 1 to 8 years of experience in supervision, operation monitoring and related documentation. Pellets Manufacturing (Wurster) : Qualification: B. Pharm / M.Pharm Experience: 1 to 8 years of relevant experience in manufacturing of wurster operations. Must be able to operate a wurster coater and should have knowledge of good documentation practices. Mechanical Engineer : Qualification: B.E/ B.Tech Experience: 4 to 10 years of experience in a pharmaceutical (formulation manufacturing) plant and exposure to handling break down / preventive maintenance of pharmaceutical machines. Candidates having experience in QMS documentation, equipment installation qualification of an OSD plant will be an added advantage. Instrumentation Engineer : Qualification: B.E/ B.Tech Experience: 4 to 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical (formulation manufacturing) plant maintenance in PLC/ SCADA/ HMI related work and calibration & validation of instruments/ equipments. Candidates having experience in QMS documentation, equipment installation qualification of an OSD plant will be an added advantage. |
