Job Details:	To prepares for production by reviewing production schedule; studying and clarifying specifications; calculating requirements; assembling and weighing materials and supplies. To perform sterilization and maintenance checks including cleaning out-of-place (COP), cleaning in-place (CIP) and servicing in-place (SIP).performing preventive maintenance checks Supervise, schedule & plan production per market demand, achieve milestones, review & approve production related records, oversee & finalize the process, facility, equipment upgrades, GMP & audit compliance, handle deviations,etc To keep equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; calling for repairs. To document production by completing forms, reports, logs, and records of equipment and batches. To updates job knowledge by participating in training opportunities. To enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
